How can I get my winnings and what do you charge to send the money to me?
If you would like to process the payout through our home page, then simply click on the “Cashier” menu, and then on the “Cash Out ” button, provide the requesting information, and you will receive an e-mail verifying that we have accepted your request. Within 48 hours thereof, we will launch the process of transferring the credited amount. We request that you read our General Terms and Condition pages for further details! There are no charges whatsoever for processing payouts.
How can I be sure whether my money is safe with your company?

I live in a country in which gambling is illegal. May I still play with FlandersPoker?

How may I open an account?
When your registration is activated, your account is also created.
How do I register?
There are two ways that you may register: on our homepage or by using our software. If you register on our homepage, then you may only play with virtual money. On the page, click on the “Registration” button, provide the requested information, and then click on the “Send” button. Then, once you have downloaded our software, you can start playing immediately. If you would prefer to play with real money, download and launch our free software! In the Lobby, click on “Register” in the left-hand corner, and then on the “Create Account” button! Afterwards, you will receive a message sent to the e-mail address you provided, which will contain a validation code. You must use this code in the „Account” rubric found in the software, within the menu item “E-mail address validation/change”. In this way, you are successfully registered and may begin play. The poker client reads that my registration was successful, but I still haven’t received my validation code by e-mail. What can I do?
If you are sure that you have provided your correct e-mail address, and you haven’t received your code, then you should request a new code. You may do this through the “Account” software, by selecting the “E-mail address validation/modification” menu point. Here, by selecting the “Resend validation code” button, we will send your e-mail address a new validation code.
Why does the connection to the poker server timeout?
Any type of program which burdens your computer may prevent the proper functioning of our software. Such programs may be, for example:
- You have a slow, unstable internet connection
- During your poker play, you practically use the entire bandwidth to download or upload data, files, music, etc.
- You write a CD/DVD during play
What is Sit&Go?
A single table tournament which begins once every seat is filled. At the beginning of play, players swap the buy in chips, all players receiving the correct amount of chips, based on the amount of the buy in. If a player’s chips run out during the game, they drop out. The tournament is played until only one player remains. During the course of the game, at pre-established intervals of minutes, the amount of the blind is raised. In the Sit&Go lobby, you can read all the pertinent information for this game by clicking the “Tournament information” button.
May I establish any kind of rake while playing in a tournament?
This depends on the type of poker. We request that you read the information provided on our Poker rake page. However, rakes may be established in most of our poker rooms. The amount of the rake is simply the buy in amount for a tournament.
How can I deposit money into my account?
You have the possibility to deposit money into your account in the easiest way. Simply use our credit card assistance system and you can begin to play and/or bet. The essential stipulation for playing a game and/or betting is that you be registered. Beyond this, the opportunities are numerous for you to fill your account – for more information, please see our Real Money page.
How can I play/bet?
You must enter the site as a registered user and have money on your account which covers your actions.
What is the minimum amount needed for me to be able to play and/or to place a bet?
Depending on your method of payment, the smallest amounts are the following:
- By VISA and MasterCard: 20 USD
- Via Moneybookers: 20 USD
- Via Click2Pay: 20 USD

How can I earn Casino Bonus Points (CBPs)?
CBPs can be spent to register to CBP tournaments.
- At cash-game tables, 4 CBPs are rewarded for each dollar that has been contributed to the rake.
- You can earn CBPs based on the entry fee, as well. Entry fee is the part of the tournament buy-in which is not included in the prize pool. 4 CBPs are rewarded for each dollar in fee paid.
